Jason Purnell, assistant professor in the Brown School, has been named recipient of the 2016 FOCUS St. Louis Leadership Award for his work on the project.
The award is presented annually to individuals who demonstrate remarkable and courageous community leadership, have meaningful impact on the community and encourage strong community leadership in others.
FOCUS will present the awards at the 鈥淲hat鈥檚 Right with the Region!鈥� celebration May 12 at the Sheldon Concert Hall.
